Hanmer Springs Forest Camp is a great venue for school camps, group accommodation, conferences, weddings, friends, individuals and family holidays.

There is a range of accommodation including family or bunk rooms, 5 self-catering kitchen/lounge rooms, a fully accessible lodge and a large campground.

Easy and close access to Hanmer Spring’s best walking and mountain bike trails allowing you to start your adventure from right here at the camp!

Our camp is located 2.5kms from the alpine village of Hanmer Springs, located in the heart of the Hanmer Forest. The camp is located on 10 acres of land, surrounded by beautiful forest and mountains. We are a smoke-free venue, with a variety of accommodation, a large camp ground and five large self-catering kitchens which all have a lounge area.

We also have a fully accessible lodge that is ideal for many schools and groups. Our site also consists of an exciting playground along with large open spaces which can be used for an activity of your choice – thus making us the ideal setting for your camp!

We operate a catering business in Hanmer Springs and have worked with the Forest Camp for the last 8 years. We specialize in working with groups and schools visiting Hanmer Springs and can help to make the organization of your camp less stressful and more cost effective.

Hanmer Four Square know that each school camp and group booking have different menu and catering requirements. We specialize in providing a variety of eating formats to suit your event and your specific requirements. We can cater for special dietary requirements (vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free etc) as this is our specialty and we are happy to make the necessary adjustments for you.
